Thank you for shopping at KESAR Enterprises. We want to ensure a transparent and reliable experience when purchasing your electronics, robotics hardware, and prototyping components.

Because electronic modules, microcontrollers, and DIY kits are highly sensitive to voltage fluctuations, incorrect user wiring, and improper handling, our returns policy is tightly structured to protect both the consumer and our engineering inventory.

1. 72-Hour “Check Warranty” (Dead on Arrival)

We provide a strict 24-Hour Check Warranty starting from the exact timestamp the shipping courier marks your order status as “Delivered.”

  • What is Covered: If a component arrives physically cracked, missing pieces, or is completely non-functional (Dead on Arrival) due to a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a replacement or WooCommerce store voucher.
  • What is NOT Covered: Any component that has been soldered, modified, connected to incorrect voltages, reverse-polarized, or physically damaged during user assembly after delivery.

2. Conditions for an Approved WooCommerce Return

To qualify for an automated exchange or system credit, your item must fulfill these requirements:

  • The return request must be logged via email to info@kesar.pk within 24 hours of package delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unaltered physical state.
  • The product must be enclosed in its original static bags, manufacturer boxes, or protective packaging with all terminal blocks and connectors intact.
  • Acrylic parts (such as the 2WD Smart Car Chassis Kit) must have their brown protective paper film unpeeled and completely intact.

3. Strict Non-Returnable Items

The following items are automatically locked out of our return framework:

  • Items showing burnt IC components or black heat marks (e.g., overloaded bridges on L298N modules).
  • Any product where wires have been soldered onto the pins or terminals by the customer.
  • Items bought on clearance or through limited-time WooCommerce Flash Sales.

4. How to Open a Return Request

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, follow this protocol to open a ticket:

  1. Email Our Team: Send an email to info@kesar.pk with your WooCommerce Order Number (found in your email invoice or inside your My Account dashboard).
  2. Attach Media Proof: You must attach clear close-up photos or a short video demonstrating the unboxing condition or the technical error.
  3. Ship Back: Once approved by our team, pack the hardware securely and mail it back to our Karachi warehouse via any local trackable courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once your returned parcel is received at our Karachi office, our technical team will inspect the hardware within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Replacements: If approved, a brand-new replacement unit will be automatically generated as a new zero-cost order in our system and shipped to you.
  • WooCommerce Store Credit: If the item is permanently out of stock, we will issue a Store Coupon / Digital Gift Card to your email or credit your wallet balance on the site. You can use this credit during checkout for future purchases.
  • Please Note: KESAR Enterprises operates a strict No Cash Refund policy on electronic consumables.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as your order status inside WooCommerce reads “Processing” or “On Hold.” Once the order status transitions to “Completed” or “Shipped,” the parcel has been handed over to our local courier operators and cannot be recalled or canceled mid-transit.
